Students will be making various kinds of toys; wooden, cloth, floating, target games, etc. We will talk about what makes a good toy, what makes a toy safe or unsafe, what makes a game work, why rules are important for some games and not for others. Will learn some measuring & cutting skills, a little sewing, different kinds of glue and how to get a nice painted finish on your project. Bring a snack, a lunch and a water bottle. Wear sneakers. We will be outside some of the day.
