The Space

Tinkerhaus, located at 3 Graf Road in Commerce Park, provides the spaces you need to practice your skills in a convenient location near town, schools, rail trail and public transit. In addition to specific work areas, there is conference space, storage and wifi available.

Classrooms

Our two classrooms are available for art instruction accommodating up to 12 students each. Each room is designed for creativity, with a large central table, a whiteboard, and a wide range of supplies including paints, brushes, glue, scissors, and more. Perfect for painting, drawing, and various other hands-on projects.

Woodworking Shop

Our woodworking shop is a large room with high ceilings, a ventilation system and garage style door. It includes 3 work tables and a variety of tools including; air compressor, mitre saw, hand tools, jointer, SawShop table saw, drill press, planer, and sanders.

Crafter Studio

Unlock your creativity in our fully equipped crafter’s studio. The space is designed for makers, artists, and crafters, featuring high quality tools and equipment including:

  • 3D Printers - bring your digital designs to life

  • Cricut Machine - perfect for precision cutting and crafting

  • Industrial paper cutter - for clean, professional cuts

  • Screen printing equipment - create custom prints with ease

  • Cordless hot glue guns - for hassle free crafting

Sewing Room

We have a dedicated sewing room for members who like to create with fabric. Equipment includes:

  • Spacious cutting table - perfect for precise fabric cutting

  • Threads, pins and more to enhance your work

  • Quality scissors - sharp and durable for clean cuts

  • Ironing stations - for a professional, polished look

  • Serger machine - create strong, professional-quality seams

Music Rehearsal Space

Do you play an instrument or have a band? Do you need a quiet spot to practice?

We have a room available to use as part of our membership, with a drum kit, guitar amps, bass amps, 4 channel PA, vocal mics and bluetooth channel.

Please contact Phil Santoro at 781-799-3148 to discuss the rehearsal room availability. It is on a membership basis and not rented out hourly.
